The most important characteristic of the new economy is the change in the conception of organizations.  The impact that information technology development has had is significantly bigger than the impact that vapor had on the industrial era.

«Today it is a consensus that a product (or service), an idea or thought, to be communicated strategically needs to be planned, making a good diagnosis that allows product positioning in the market, making a follow up and monitoring the success of our planning and repositioning ourselves in a dynamic way.  It is worth mentioning that in our present competitive world, our organizations have to be managed in a more professional way.  The key is the proper management of persons, it is here where we develop our competitive advantages.  Then, the wealth of an organization is to be recognized in the human capital we poses», indicated in the Seminar introduction.

During her stay at the UFM, professor Latorre visited the Academic Building and its Socratic Wing, the New Media Digital Resources Center, the Ludwig von Mises Library and the Popol Vuh Museum.
