EPRI´s induction program

Students at a study habits activity

Patricia de Bassi, from the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations of the Francisco Marroquín University started an induction program for the new students of that academic unit.

The program´s objective is to help them get acquainted with the main campus, the university´s mission that is the education and diffusion of the ethical, legal and economic principles of a society of free and responsible persons; as well as its commitment with
academic excellence; and to take a better advantage of the resources that are available in the UFM´s campus and outside of it.  Such as the Center of Digital Resources
New Media  and the
Ludwig von Mises Library.

The program includes to chats on regulations and proceedings; as well as talks and meetings with the students and alumni associations.

In another order of ideas, the program includes induction sessions to learn about Guatemala´s Constitution and the work of Louis Ruggier,
El genio de Occidente ; as well as oratoria and scenic dynamics to help them express orally, and basic etiquette, as well as study habits.

In their opportunity, EPRI´s freshman will meet the UFM´s President, Giancarlo Ibárgüen S. and the director of the Institute, Pedro Trujillo.
