Javier Ruata, alumni of the Law School at the Francisco Marroquín University in 2005, was selected to participate, with a partial scholarship, in an International Private Law course in the Xiamen Academy, in Continental China.

After graduating from the UFM, Ruata traveled to Barcelona, to the Pompeu Fabra University, to study a Master in International Business with a minor in Latin America and the European Union.  During July 2006, he will study an International Law course in the Hague Academy in Holand; then he will travel to Berlin, to the Humboldt University, for a course in arbitrage and mediation.

During his experience in Barcelona, Javier Ruata traveled to Tec de Monterrey, in Mexicos Federal District, as part of an exchange visit attending an economics and Mexican market course.
