Master degree students at the Excellence Center

A group of 22 students from the Masters degree on Human Resources from the Department of Psychology, at Universidad Francisco Marroquín, participated in a ropes workshop organized by the UFM’s Excellence Center.  The workshop was given during the class of Economic Process taught by professor Fernando Aragón, from the Henry Hazlitt Center of this house of studies.

The workshop was celebrated last March 3rd of 2007 and the participants expressed that:

It offers a better vision of teamwork, leadership, goals, trust and security.Ideal for teamwork and integration!  Very good, congratulations!We were able to confront our paradigms and trust more in ourselvesIt stimulates the communication, teamwork and integrity.It had a great impact on me, you can build trust, not only with your team but with people you dont know.The Excellence Center is an educational project directed to UFM students and external persons to contribute to their integral education, the development of their teamwork and leadership skills, explained Carla de Hess, director of the Center.

The facilities of the Excellence Center are located on a hill behind the Ludwig von Mises Library and they comprise the UFM’s arboretum.  More than 3,000 persons have received workshops that include ropes dynamics in the University, including students, professors and administrative personnel of this house of studies, as well as students from other institutions and collaborators from different business.
