UFM Psychologists at APA Congress

Yetilú de Baessa and Toni Falbo, at the convention

Joined by Yetilú de Baessa, Director of the Psychology Department at the Francisco Marroquín University, three members of this academic unit participated, with her, in the Congress of Psychology of the American Psychology Association celebrated in Washington D.C. from August 18th to 21st 2005.

Andrea de Licht, Director of the Viktor Frankl Clinic and the students Marcela Basterrechea and María Eugenia Falla, participated.

Doctor Baessa made two presentations.  The first one, titled Special Population and Middle School Curricular Environment in Guatemala, with Toni Falbo.  The second, titled Development of Racial Consciousness for a Racial Majority Children in Guatemala, she made it with Nicholas Scull, Stephen Quintana and Fernando Sánchez.
