Before participating as a representative of the Liberty Fund, during the colloquy titled Nozick and Libertarianism celebrated at La Antigua Guatemala, William P. Ruger visited the Francisco Marroquín University.  Such colloquy was conducted by Giancarlo Ibárgüen S., UFM’s President.

During his stay at the UFM campus, Ruger participated in a symposium on David Hume, lead by Donald Livingston, from Emory University.  Livingston came to the UFM to participate in the David Hume Ethics Center inauguration and the Liberty Fund colloquy.

Ruger also visited the Academic Building, the UFM’s Socratic Wing, the New Media Digital Resources Center, the Ludwig von Mises Library and the Popol Vuh Museum.

Ruger is a Fellow at the Liberty Fund and has experience on international relations, exterior politics of the United States of America and civil and military relations.  He has a Ph.D from Brandais University and a A.B. from the College of William and Mary.
