It was a very enriching and joyfull workshop, it really helped us as a group and as individuals. It was very productive, it helped me to know better other team members. We related daily activities with the workshop activities. It helped us reflect on teamwork (value, cooperation, opportunities). To trust the other members of the team is very important in order to achieve our goals. The Excellence Center is an educational project directed to UFM students and external persons in order to contribute to their integral education, to develop their teamwork and leadership abilities, explained Carla de Hess, director of the Center and workshop facilitator.

The Excellence Center facilities are located in a hill behind the Ludwig von Mises Library and comprise the UFM’s
