FCE celebrated Tomorrow’s Leaders

In the frame of the program Tomorrow´s Leaders, organized by the Economic Sciences School of the Francisco Marroquín University, a select group of twelve grade students gathered with distinguished Guatemalan entrepreneurs.

The goal of the activity, realized with María del Carmen Aceña, Minister of Education; Emilio Méndez, from Saúl E. Méndez; and Manuel F. Ayau, UFM’s founding President, was to make the youngsters think that the future of the country will be on their hands in 10 or 20 years.  Also that the future of the country involves their present and to begin, execute and face, you first have to dream.

The activity was held last May 30th 2006 in the auditoriums Friedrich A. Hayek and Milton Friedman of the Francisco Marroquín University.

The youngsters participating were from the schools Americano, Montessori, Valle Verde, Campoalegre, Decroly Americano, La Preparatoria, Monte Alto, Capouilliez, Evelyn Rogers, Príncipe de Asturias, Suger Montano and Internacional.
