Valle Verde´s students at the Academic Building´s garden

Accompanied by Elsita de González, 67 students from Valle Verde School visited the University Francisco Marroquín to inquire about the careers that are offered in this house of studies.

They were received by Rossana de Grazioso, from Admissions, who took them to the Friedrich A. Hayek Auditorium where they met with the UFM´s President, Giancarlo Ibárgüen S.  The President shared with them the mission of the UFM that is: the education and diffusion of the ethical, legal and economic  principles of a society of free and responsible persons; as well as the commitment of the University with the
academic excellence.   They were also received by Valle Verde´s alumni there.

After receiving general information on studying opportunities, the visitors were divided in groups according to their interests and thus they visited the School of Architecture, the Legal Information Center, the Library Ludwig von Mises, the Viktor Frankl Clinic and the Socratic wing. With Pedro Trujillo, from the Institute of Political Studies and International Relations they met at the Agora, whereas Jennifer de Prahl received them at the School of Nutrition and Gerardo Pallais, from the Association of Students of Economic Sciences showed them a video of the activities that are offered to students.  In the Library they met with Medicine students.
