Eating habits, in scientific activity

Eating habits and its clinical importance, as well as the fiber and photochemicals in health and illness, were the subjects discussed during the scientific activity organized by the School of Nutrition of the Francisco Marroquín University and the School of Nutrition of the University of Antioquia, last November 17, 2005.

The lectures were given by Dora Nicolasa Gómez, director of the Colombian school and Gloria Deossa Restrepo, professor and researcher at the same school.

«Within the framework of a technical and academic cooperation agreement between both Schools, the professors came to discuss concrete aspects of the professors and students interchange programs; as well as the  degree in gastronomy that the School of Nutrition of the University Francisco Marroquín has planned», Víctor Alfonso Mayén, explained.

The scientific lectures were celebrated at the Hospital Esperanza´s auditorium with Nutrition students and professors.
