McAfee representatives visited the UFM

With the objective to make advances in the agreement between representatives of Universidad Francisco Marroquín and MacAfee, personnel from that company visited Universidad Francisco Marroquín last November 27th of 2006.

During the visit, Robert Dyer, vice-president for Latin America; Saúl Escalante, regional director for Central America; and Lucila Barrios, Account Manager, met with the administrative vice president, Ottavio Benfatto and with the director of the New Media Digital Resources Center, Rebeca Zúñiga.

With respect to the agreement, the director of the Advanced Technologies Center, Juan Carlos Lopez, informed that through the Center, at the UFM we can give courses on all McAfee products.  We already had Alfredo Medina and Victor Zetina on product training, since they will lecture these courses; Maria Eugenia González will be in charge of the logistics and to make the agreements between the participants and McAfee.

«According to the course estimations we could give one or two per month for  10 to 15 participants», explained López, who coordinates and administrates the agreement.
